Today I plan on doing 20 minutes on the elliptical and then 20 minutes of weights. I'll probably do upper body.
The weather is finally warm today, well it's supposed to hit 71 and while that's warm, I like it warmer. At least it's sunny!
Work and life in general has really been interferring with my workout schedule. While on my business trip I did make into the gym one out of two days and did 20 minutes on an elliptical and swam a few laps.
So, I'm hoping to really hit my program hard this week.
